This lactose manufacturing plant is designed with Alpha laval, the renowned milk manufacturing consultants. We have designed this plant with reverse beams to give clear offset-less ceilings. The utmost care is taken to keep the plant clear by selecting proper material and specification. The flooring is clad with Mandana stone to receive mild acid washing. We have provided proper drainage and ventilation with big windows to take natural sunlight in the plant.
The height of slab is 8 M. to receive big lactose tanks and crystallization tower is also made up of R.C.C. structure. Utility structure with boiler room, compressor room and R&D center and quality control are designed on site. The product of this plant is basic raw material for all formulation factories; therefore it is designed as per U.S. F.D.A. norms.
