The plot was converted into IT park. The building is designed on the existing old building. The four new floors were designed on existing old three storied building.We have provided piling foundation and external columns for new floors. The uppers floors are completely separated from old building due to seismic requirement.The parking requirement is provided in the stilt areas and the building is designed with two passenger lifts to take care of high density of IT employees. The building has utilities as connectivity, 24 hours power Supply back-up with generator. The canteen facilities are on the terrace and the building is added with glass and Aluminum composite panels to give the ambience of corporate look.
